Helena Huong Nguyen
As an investment adviser and real estate agent with more than 20 years of experience, my goal is to help buyers make the best, most strategic decisions to maximize profits. Not only do I help clients buy and sell businesses, I'm also a nail shop owner and have worked as a technician in my own salons—I know the business inside and out.
I've owned almost 20 salons in the Houston, Texas area, buying when prices were low, working hard to build up the businesses, and determining just the right time to sell for the highest possible profit.
During the Great Recession in 2008, when real estate crashed, I chose to make the most of the downturn in the economy by purchasing real estate and renting it out. I made a significant profit, sold those properties and used that investment income to invest in and resell a number of businesses.
As was the case then, there are great deals to be had in this current economy. I advise my clients on when market conditions are right to buy, hold and eventually sell.
In addition to helping my clients with business purchases and investment advice, I have also been a licensed real estate agent since 2012. If you're buying a business and relocating to Texas, I can help you
